（1）針と釜の調整準備
1）送り調節ダイヤルを 0 に合わせます。
2）はずみ車を回して針棒を最下点にし、針棒抱き締めねじ

 針棒最下点より A 寸法上昇した時、針

（3）釜の位置決め

3 本をゆるめ、はずみ車を回して、針棒の最下点から A 寸法上昇さ
せる状態にします。

のすき間が 0.05 〜 0.1mm になるように針板受け止めねじ

4 本をゆるめ、釜軸台を左右に動かし調節して止めねじ
