(6) Adjusting the origin of the needle rocking motor
Standard Adjustment
™ Adjustment of the origin is performed when the needle rocking amount in terms of the center is not
equal, or the motor or the sensor is required to be replaced.
Assemble link 9 and motor shaft
so as to be flush with each other.
<Condition of the origin “0”>
When the link is at 90˚, move the light-up sensor
from the rightend to the left. The position of the
origin “0” is when the sensor gose out.
