Caution in disassembling Caution in assembling
™ For removing/installing the gear box cover, be sure to refer to
the item “(4) Removing/installing the gear box cover” and
carefully perform the work.
™ The horizontal feed cam and
hook driving gear are mounted
in the gear box (large).
In the case where centering and
adjustment of play of the
aforementioned components
are not securely performed
when assembling and adjusting,
seizure due to the torque of the
sewing machine, abnormal
heat, or defective return of the
lever will be caused.
