vice with radio link.
3. If a smoke alarm device with radio
link sends out an alarm and it is abso-
lutely clear that it is an alarm without
any re, the forwarding to all other
smoke alarm devices with radio links
in the same radio group or collective
radio group can be prevented by a soft
touch on the test/stop button (Illus. 1
point d).
In case the alarm has already been
forwarded to all other smoke alarm de-
vices with radio links of the radio group
or collective radio group, the test/stop
button of the device that originally
sent the alarm can be used to stop the
alarm in all devices.
If the test/stop button (Illus. 1 point d)
of the device that sent the alarm is
pressed, the alarm of all forwarding
devices of the radio group or collec-
tive radio group will be aborted. The
alarm of the smoke alarm device with
radio link that originally sent out the
alarm can only be aborted separately
in the concerned device. This way, the
location of re can be easily localised
by identifying the smoke alarm device
with radio link to have originally sent
out the alarm.
Safety instruction:
By engaging the test/stop button (Illus.
1 point d) of a smoke alarm device with
radio link, an alarm can be stopped for
approx. 10 minutes and the sensitivity
of the devices is reduced during this
period.
