4 Permanent settings in programming mode
In the program item ‘3/5’ / ‘One-off settings’ you can make the
following setting:
U
‘Active’: One-off settings can be made during preparation (e.g.
coffee strength or amount of water).
U
‘Inactive’: One-off settings cannot be made during
preparation. The product is prepared according to the
settings in programming mode (‘3/5’ / ‘Expert mode’).
Example:Proceed as follows to disable one-off settings during
preparation.
T Press the ‘P’ button.
T Press the ‘>’ button several times until ‘3/5’ is displayed.
T Press the ‘One-off settings’ button.

T Press the ‘Inactive’ button.
T Press the ‘Save’ button.
‘Saved’ appears briefly on the display.

T Press the ‘’ button to exit programming mode.
In the program item ‘3/5’/ ‘Lock/enable’ you can enable or disable
each product individually.
Example:Proceed as follows to disable the preparation of hot water.
T Press the ‘P’ button.
T Press the ‘>’ button several times until ‘3/5’ is displayed.
T Press the ‘Lock/enable’ button.
‘Lock/enable’
E The lock symbol beside the product name indicates whether
the product is enabled or disabled. If the lock is closed, the
product is disabled.
T Press the ‘>’ button until the product ‘Hot water’ is
displayed.
T Press the ‘Hot water’ button.
The lock is closed. Hot water preparation is now disabled.
T Press the ‘’ button for around 2 seconds to exit
programming mode.
