4.1.6 Articulating elevating legrests (optional)
The articulating elevating legrests are for those who need to elevate their legs or keep
them at a certain angle for more comfort and support. The legrest can be adjusted in
length, and the ergonomic design ensures that the occupant will have enough space
for feet, knee and thigh movement.
The calf support is available on an elevating legrest. The swing-away calf support is
adjustable in height, depth, and angle, giving users additional support. The legrest is
also removable for easy transfer in tight spaces.
To install the articulating elevating legrest, just insert it onto the wheelchair frame.
To remove the articulating elevating legrest, just pull it out of the wheelchair
frame.
To raise the legrest, lift the legrest to the desired position.
To lower the legrest, pull the lever (A) with one hand while supporting the legrest
with another hand. When you reach the desired position, release the lever (A).
