WHEEL LOCKS/ATTENDANT BRAKES
 Do not interfere with tyres (tires) when rolling Ⅴ
 Pivot points free of wear and looseness Ⅴ
 Easy to engage Ⅴ
 Prevent wheelchair from moving when engaged Ⅴ
SEAT & BACKREST
 Inspect for rips or sagging Ⅴ
 Inspect for loose or broken hardware Ⅴ
FRONT CASTERS

Inspect the front casters for smooth rotation of the caster
wheel and caster assembly
Ⅴ

Inspect the front caster for wear in the bearings/mountings
and for tyre (tire) wear or damage
Ⅴ
REAR WHEELS
 Quick-release axles lock properly; lubricate if necessary Ⅴ
 No excessive side movement or binding when lifted and spun Ⅴ
 Inspect for cracked, bent or broken spokes Ⅴ
ARMRESTS
 Inspect the detachable armrest button for effective locking Ⅴ
 Make sure the armrest detaches and flips back properly Ⅴ
FOOTRESTS

Inspect the footplate height adjustment screws are securely
tightened

Inspect the swing-away footrest release lever for effective
locking
