 If the control voltage applied to contacts K1 and K2 is 120VAC, the
safe insulation between the 24VDC supply and the contacts K1/K2 is
reduced to basic insulation.
As a result the entire 24V control circuit of
the drive is reduced to basic insulation according to UL61800-5-1.
