CRANKCASE
Wipe the crankcase mating surfaces with
clraning solvent.
Apply QIANJIANG NO.1215 evenly to the
mating surface of the right half of the
crankcase
Tighten the crankcase screws securely.
Check if crankshaft rotates smoothly.
Install gearcase bearing
Install new bearing and oil seal into gearcase cover with special tool, and tighten
anchor pin.
