AM, FM, PHONO or Tape

Power on but no sound.
No sound from left or right.
Sound from left or right, but not
both.

. Poor connection at wall outlet.
Power outlet inactive.
. LEVEL CONTROLS set fully
counterclockwise.
. Speaker cords disconnected.
. Speakers switched off.
. No input selector switch is in
USE.
. Poor speaker connections.
. Defective spea ker.
. BALANCE set to one extreme or
the other.
. Check plug contact.
. Check outlet using a lamp or other
appliance (outlet may be controll-
ed by a wall switch).
