Seating - Ganger Kit
Assembly Instructions
Assemble units as described herein only. To do otherwise
may result in instability. All screws, nuts and bolts must be
tightened securely and must be checked periodically after
assembly. Failure to assemble properly, or to secure parts
may result in assembly failure and personal injury.

Hub Ganger Overview
A Hub Ganger pair is used to join Hub Modular
Seating units anywhere they will be touching (See
typicals of ganged arrangements below). The Ganger
Kit consist of a pair of Ganger assemblies, which are
fully assembled with two pegs and one hook per
assembly (Detail A). Each assembly also comes with
eight mounting screws.

It is advised to
for any Hub seating layout or
arrangement. Make special consideration for user
pathways, room entry/exit locations and electrical
outlets for power options. A grid page with one foot
scale grid lines is included (page 6 of these
instructions) to aid with planning.
Important: Only two to three modular seating units
may be ganged together at one time when they are
turned on their backs. Ganged units must be un-
ganged then additional units can be ganged to them
if more than three must be ganged in a row. After all
units have ganger pairs assembled as described in
this instructions, the units may be turned upright and
re-ganged in the final desired configuration.
Caution: For any Hub Modular Seating Unit
arrangement using the power options, ALL HUB
UNITS MUST BE MECHANICALLY GANGED
TOGETHER BEFORE ANY WIRES ARE CONNECTED,
or ROUTED UNDER or BETWEEN UNITS.

Hub Ganger Overview
A ganging plate assembly pair
may be used to join Hub Modular
Seating units anywhere they will be
touching side-to-side (See typicals
of ganged arrangements below).
The Ganger kit consists of a pair
of ganging plate assemblies. Each
ganging plate of the pair comes fully
assembled with two pegs, one hook
and eight #10 x 1” mounting screws
per assembly (Detail A).
Important: Depending on size,
only two to three modular seating
units may be ganged together at one
time when turned upright from their
backs. If more than three units need
to be ganged, assemble ganging
plate assemblies to them in groups
of two or three. Then unhook the
ganging plate assemblies, turn the
units upright and put into position
before final re-hooking.
Caution: Hub seating units
containing any power options must
not be plugged into the power
supply receptacles until all units
are at their final upright installation
location and all ganging assemblies
are connected together properly.
