Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or electrical shock.
Refer to page 4-15 for the procedure for ac-
cessing the meat probe jack.
1. Unplug oven or disconnect power.
2. Set the ohmmeter to the R x 1 scale.
3. Touch the ohmmeter test leads across wire
connector terminals. The meter should indi-
cate approximately 78 Ω @ 60°F (15.6°C).

Refer to page 4-16 for the procedure for ac-
cessing the blower speed resistor.
1. Unplug oven or disconnect power.
2. Set the ohmmeter to the R x 1 scale.
3. Touch the ohmmeter test leads across wire
connector terminals.The meter should in-
dicate approximately 170 Ω.
