▪Theboilerhasbeenpositionedonthewall,ttheueseal
intotheinternalueturret.
▪Fittheelbowintothetopoftheboilerandrotatetothe
requiredposition.Itispossibletorotatetheelbow360°onits
verticalaxis.
▪Usingtheueclamp,sealsandscrewssuppliedsecurethe
elbowtotheboiler.
▪The1meterhorizontaluekitsuppliedissuitableforanexact
generallydimensionof850mm.
▪Measurethedistancefromthefaceoftheexternalwalltothe
faceoftheueelbow,thismustnowbesubtractedfrom850
mm,nowhavethetotalamounttobecutfromtheplainend
oftheue.

▪Cuttheuetotherequiredlengthtakingcarenottocut
theinnerue,nextcuttheinnerueensuringthatthelength
betweentheinnerandouterueismaintained.
▪Ifttingtheuefrominsideofthebuildingattachtheouter
wallsealtotheueterminalandpushtheuethroughhole,
oncethewallsealhaspassedthroughthehole,pulltheue
backuntilthesealisushwiththewall.
▪Shouldtheuerequireextending,theueconnectionsare
pusht,however,
oneuebracketshouldbeusedtosecureeachmeterofue.
▪Anyadditional“inline”bendsintheuesystemmustbe
takenintoconsideration.
▪Theirequivalentlengthsare:
-ConcentricPipes:45°bend1.0meters/90°bend1.5meters
•Installtheconnectingpipewithaminimumfallof3°towards
theboiler.
