3 Adjust the torque force by referring to the following sheet. Place the open-end
wrench on the pipe joint and place the torque wrench on the union nut. Tighten the
union nut with torque wrench.
Hex nut diameter Tightening torque
Ø 6 15 - 20 Nm
Ø 9,52 30 - 40 Nm
Ø 12 45 - 55 Nm
Ø 16 60 - 65 Nm
Ø 19 70 - 75 Nm
4 Wrap the indoor air conditioner duct and connector with the insulation material and
then wrap tape around it.
