23. Evolution can record up to 20,000 records. Once 20,000
records have been saved the system will overwrite the oldest
records with the new. Use this menu to clear these records.
24. To view reports or save to a USB stick for viewing/printing on
a PC use this menu. Use the scroll key to select Data Down-
load to USB or On Screen Report. Press Enter to proceed.
25. Press the scroll button until the cursor is on the To or From
lines and use the up/Down keys to select the date range for
your report. Summary Reports provide high level information
about blending activity, out of chemical alarms and chemical/
cleaning solution usage.
26. For printed reports that can be opened in any text editor pro-
gram (Excel, Notepad, Word etc.) select your date range,
once it is correct, insert the USB stick and press Enter. Re-
move the USB stick when the display says “Done”.
