The CR 825/850 SYSTEM uses the components of the Optical and Scan/Erase subsystems
to make the digital images. The imaging sequence includes:
• Scanning the SCREEN - Slow Scan/Fast Scan
• Obtaining the Image Data
• Processing the Data
• Processing the Image
Scanning the SCREEN - Slow Scan/Fast Scan
1 When the PLATE reaches the mechanical start of scan position, the MSC BOARD A1
sends a message to the MCPU BOARD A2 that the SCREEN is ready for scanning.
