31 Rotate the 2 JACK BOLTS clockwise
until the SHIPPING BRACKET is loose.
32 Remove and discard the SHIPPING
BRACKET.
33 Install the SCREW into the ACCESS
PLATE.
34 Rotate the 2 JACK BOLTS
counterclockwise until the 2 JACK
BOLTS do not touch the FRAME.
