If the walk-in temperature of your Kolpak Refrigerator is too high, there are several potential reasons. First, check if the thermostat is set too high and adjust it accordingly. High superheat could also be the issue, requiring an adjustment of the thermal expansion valve. Additionally, the system might be low on refrigerant, which means you'll need to locate and repair any leaks, recover the remaining refrigerant, evacuate the system, and then recharge it. Finally, icing on the coil can cause this problem, so manually defrost the coil and inspect the defrost controls.
