Chargingthebatteryisconnectedwithsomerisk,pleasereadtheinformationandfollow
thechargeprocedurecarefully
Context
Thebatterymustbefullychargedbeforelongtermstorageanditisrecommended
torechargethebatteryevery6monthstomakesurethebatterydoesnotdischarge
completelyovertime.Acompletelydischargedbatterywillnotcharge,asalllithium
ionbatteries.
Requiredbatterystatefortransportationis30%orlessremainingcapacitytocomply
withregulations.
Caution
EqualizethetemperatureofthecNODEMiniStobetween10°Cand40°Cbefore
chargingit.
Foron-deckcharging,usethecNODEbatterychargeronly.
Neverchargethebatteryunattended.
Procedure
1SwitchoffthecNODEtransponder.
2Lettheunitwarmuporcooldowntoanambienttemperatureof10°Cto40°C
beforecharging.
3ConnectthecNODEbatterychargerplug(B)totheconnectoronthecNODEMiniS
markedCHARGE(C).
4ConnectthecNODEbatterycharger(A)tomains(110or220V AC).
5Removethepowercordaftercharging,beforeremovingtheconnectorfromthe
cNODEMiniS.
Result
TheLEDindicatoronthechargerashesgreenwhencharging.Itnormallytakesabout
30secondsbeforethechargingstartsandtheLEDindicatorstartsashinggreenafter
connectingthecNODEbatterychargertothemains.Thebatterywillbechargedwithin
1hour.TheLEDindicatorwillstaygreenwhenfullycharged.
