CONTROL BOARD TIMERS
• The ice machine is locked into the freeze cycle for
6 minutes before a harvest cycle can be initiated.
• The freeze time lock in feature is bypassed on the
initial cycle (manual start or after a full bin/safety limit
condition).
• If the harvest float switch is in the down position for
10 continuous seconds during the start of a freeze
cycle, a harvest sequence is initiated.
• The maximum freeze time is 60 minutes at which time
the control board automatically initiates a harvest
sequence.
• The maximum harvest time is 3.5 minutes. The control
board automatically initiates a freeze sequence when
these times are exceeded.
• The ice machine will continue to fill with water for up
to six minutes, or until the high water float opens for
5 continuous seconds. The control board will energize
the water inlet valve one more time 3 minutes into the
freeze cycle.
