What to do if my Kozi 100 & Insert Indoor Fireplace won't light?
    • N
      Noah AyersAug 7, 2025
If your Kozi Indoor Fireplace won't light, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure that the hopper has enough pellet fuel. If the fuel supply is adequate, check the burn pot for cleanliness and clean it if necessary. Also, inspect the fuse and replace it if it's blown. Furthermore, examine the igniter to ensure it hasn't slipped out of the igniter tube; if it has, push it back into place. If the igniter is correctly positioned but still not working, it may have failed and require replacement. Finally, if there's no power to the igniter, consider replacing the MX2 Control Board.

Why my Kozi 100 & Insert heater will not feed pellets?
    • M
      Matthew Torres Jr.Aug 12, 2025
If your Kozi Indoor Fireplace heater isn't feeding pellets, start by checking if the heater is properly plugged in and that the electrical outlet has power. Next, examine the exhaust vent and exhaust fan for any blockages, and clean them if necessary. Also, inspect the exhaust passage and exhaust box pressure tap for obstructions and clean them. A cracked or broken pressure switch tube can also cause this issue, so replace it if needed. If the problem persists, the pressure switch or exhaust fan may have failed and require replacement.

What to do if Kozi 100 & Insert stove won't turn off?
    • W
      william91Aug 15, 2025
If your Kozi Indoor Fireplace stove won't turn off, first, consider whether the stove is in "Cool Down" mode and allow sufficient time for it to cool down. If the stove remains on, the exhaust fan thermal disk may have failed and require replacement. As a last resort, the MX2 Control board may have failed and require replacement.
