PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING
• Grease all fittings using general-purpose grease monthly.
• Check and maintain oil level in gear reducer monthly.
• Brush the roller chain with 10w oil, weekly.
• Check general mechanical areas for loose bolts/nuts weekly.
• Check roller chain/sprockets for wear. Replace if excessive, monthly.
• Clean scale accumulation from interior and exterior weekly.
• Inspect for general wear and repair/replace as dictated, weekly.
• Adjust brakes as required.
