2.3 Device category
The electromagnetic flowmeter is designed in category II 2 G (EPL Gb) for use in zone 1 or zone 2.
The inside of the measuring tube is neither permitted for zone 1 nor for zone 2.
2.4 Protection methods
The electromagnetic flowmeter is designed in type of protection encapsulation "m" in
accordance with IEC 60079-0 and IEC 60079-18.
