5.5.1.6 Function
This non-return valve is a spring-loaded check valve which closes automatically if fluid
flow is reversed. The valve consists of the pressure-retaining parts, i.e. body 100 and
body cover 161.
The functional unit consists of check disc 351 and spring 950. Check disc 351 is guided
in and by body cover 161. The position of check disc 351 is determined both by the
flow conditions and by spring 950.
