BMower Belt Replacement
[GZD15-II, GZD15-II (F)]
1. Remove the mower deck from the machine according
to the procedure "DISMOUNTING THE MOWER
DECK".
2. Remove shields from the mower deck. (See "Cleaning
Mower Deck" in "DAILY CHECK" in "PERIODIC
SERVICE" section.)
3. Clean around the pulleys to remove the belt from the
pulleys. Slip the belt over the top of the left side pulley.
4. Remove both brackets which mount the gear box to
the mower deck.
5. To install a new belt, reverse the above procedure.
A When attaching the bracket, tighten the reamer bolt
first.
Tighten each bolt with following torque.
A Reamer bolt (1) and Bolt (1) (for gear case)
77.6 to 90.2 N-m (8.0 to 9.2 kgf-m)
A Reamer bolt (2) and Bolt (2)
48.1 to 55.9 N-m (4.9 to 5.7 kgf-m)

(2) Reamer bolt, nut
(1) Bolt
(2) Bolt, Nut
(1) Belt
(2) Left hand shields
(3) Right hand shield
(4) Gear box
