 Changing the working width
The working width can be adjusted by sliding the
telescopic arm (1) and turnbuckle (4) inward or outward.
This will change the windrow width but not affect the rake
arm angle.
To change working width:
- Stop the tractor engine and remove ignition key.
- Remove primary pivot pin (2).
- Remove turnbuckle pin (3).
- Slide the telescoping arm (1) to the desired position
using the jack (5).
- Reinstall primary pivot pin (2) to lock telescoping arm
(1) in place.
- Secure primary pivot pin with retaining clip.
- Slide the turnbuckle (4) inward or outward, matching
the number of positions changed when adjusting the
telescopic arm.
- Install the turnbuckle pin in the corresponding hole
with the telescopic arm.
- Secure turnbuckle pin (3) with retaining clip.
