15. TROUBLESHOOTING
15-1 When power is ON but nothing is displayed in the display window:
15-1-1 Check if the 24Vdc is supplied properly from the power supply.
15-1-2 If the power supply is normal and nothing is displayed in the Display window,
please request an A/S from us.
15-2 When atmospheric pressure is continuously displayed even if the pump is down :
15-2-1 You may have randomly manipulated the front key of the controller.

15-2-2 Check if there is any leak between the pumping line and the sensor fitting part.
15-2-3 If sensitivity of the sensor is deteriorated by oxidation or contamination of the filament of the sensor
by corrosive gases, moisture and other impurities, replace the sensor. ( Sensors are consumables. )
15-3 When the vacuum does not stabilize, continuing fluctuating up and down :
15-3-1 There are cases where input power exceeds tolerance range. ( Check AC input power. )
15-3-2 When the types of gases used in the chamber attached to the sensor are H
2
, He, etc. with high
gas mobilities and when gas mass is high, the phenomenon can occur by irregularly absorbing
and consuming the thermal energy generated by filaments. ( Please contact the company. )
15-3-3 There can be fluctuation of micro-currents due to serious noises from outside.
15-3-4 In the case where micro-current measurement error becomes larger due to high voltage /
high current magnetic field from neighborhood, install membranes for shielding magnetic field.
15-4 When ERr is displayed on the windows :
15-4-1 The contact between the Sensor and the Controller may be bad.
15-4-2 Sensor filament burnt out or damaged ( Please exchange the sensor. )
15-5 Set point is satisfied but alarm relay is not operating :
15-5-1 Check whether the SP1 led or SP2 led is illuminated on the front of the controller.
15-5-2 Check the Alarm high / low settings. ( ☞ Refer to ( 7-4 ) Alarm high / low setting flow )
Overloaded performance of tasks can be dangerous

Make sure to always turn off input power before any operations.
