15-6 In case of severe vacuum error when using analog output :
15-6-1 Use DVM (Digital voltage meter) to measure analog out and contact us if linearity is not good.
15-7 If RS232 / RS485 communication failure occurs :
15-7-1 Check the connection state of communication cables and check if the connecting pin is normal.

16. WARRANTY
16-1 The warranty period of this product is one year.
( There is no warranty period for sensors which are consumables. )
16-2 If any failures occur in normal use of the product during warranty period, repair will be provided
without any charges.
16-3 Even during free warranty period, charges can incur in the following cases :
16-3-1 When using the product is impossible due to intentional misuse, serious mistakes of a user,
or modification of the product.
16-3-2 When the product is damaged due to repairs performed by those who is not an official A/S
engineer of the company.
16-3-3 When failures are due to natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, lightening, etc.
This product passed a complete quality control and precision test of the company.
If there occur any defects in manufacturing or problems in using the product,
contact the distributer you purchased the product or the headquarters of the
company to get services.
