1. PRODUCT OVERVIEW
KP390 Smart ATM vacuum gauge designed to enhance reliability by using a 16 bit A/D converter with
high performance and high precision that can receive various signals, and to enable communications
with PC or PLC by using RS485 ASCII and RS485 MODBUS communication.

3. PRODUCT FEATURES
3-1 Range of vacuum measurement of product
3-2 Display state of product
3-2-1 If exceeds a more than 1500 Torr, it will be displayed ( oVR )
If range falls below down, it will be displayed 0.0 - 4
3-2-2 If the MEMS sensor are open circuit, ERR is displayed.
3-2-3 If the Sensor is not connected, nCo is displayed.

3-3-1 KP390 is designed to enhance reliability by using a 16 bit A/D converter with high performance and
