4.2.2. Change Units
On ODO mode, press and hold MODE button for more than 2
seconds to switch units. The speed unit and mileage unit will be
switched in the same time.
NOTE
The unit can be adjusted in ODO mode only, never select
TRIP when you want to adjust the unit.
