Kyocera ECOSYS FS-2100D - Key Login Setting

PIN Login
You can login by entering the PIN registered to the
authentication server without using the ID card.
NOTE: You can make the PIN login permission or
prohibition setting. For the setting procedure, refer to PIN
Login Setting.
Follow the steps below.
1 Press [OK] on the PIN entry screen.
2 Enter the PIN, and then press [Login] ([Right
Select]).
NOTE: Refer to the Operation Guide of the printer for
details on entering characters.
To return to the Use ID card to login. screen, press
[Menu] ([Left Select]) and press V to select ID Card
Login, and then press [OK].
Addtional Authentication
You can login by entering the login password or PIN after
authentication using an ID card.
NOTE: For the setting procedure, refer to Additional
Authentication Setting.
Logout
After completing the procedure, press [Logout] on the
operation panel.
Key Login Setting
You can make the Key Login permission or prohibition
setting.
Follow the steps below.
1 Press [Menu].
NOTE: When the Card authentication settings have been
completed, the Use ID card to login. screen
appears. Refer to Login or refer to the procedure of Key
Login, and login using the ID card registered with
administrator privileges or using the login user name and
password.
2 Press U or V to select User/Job Account.
3 Press [OK].
NOTE: If Login Type is set to Off, the Login screen
appears. Refer to the procedure of Key Login, and login
using the login user name and password with administrator
privileges.
4 Press U or V to select User Login Set..
5 Press [OK]. User Login Set. screen appears.
6 Press U or V to select ID Card Settings.
7 Press [OK]. ID Card Settings screen appears.
8 Press U or V to select Key Login.
9 Press [OK]. Key Login screen appears.
10 Press U or V to select Permit or Prohibit.
11 Press [OK].
PIN Login Setting
This sets whether or not to require the entry of PIN.
Follow the steps below.
1 Repeat steps 1 to 5 of Key Login Setting.
2 Press U or V to select PIN Login.
3 Press [OK]. PIN Login screen appears.
4 Press U or V to select Off or On.
5 Press [OK].
