Open the bottom cover of the duplex unit (B2) and
remove the jammed paper.
If the paper tears, remove every loose scraps from the
copier inside.

Close the cover B2.

Open the cover B3 and remove the jammed paper
from there.
If the paper tears, remove every loose scraps from the
copier inside.

Close the cover B3.

Replace the duplex unit in its original position and push it back in securely.

Close the front cover.
Document Processor
Follow the steps as below to clear paper
jams in the document processor.
