Why does my Kyocera KM-3060 say to add paper?

  This can happen for a few reasons: * The indicated cassette or MP tray may be out of paper. Add paper of the same size as indicated. When the type of printing paper is specified, the necessary paper types are also displayed. To use another paper source, select the paper source and press [Continue]. Press [MP Tray] to change the paper size/type of the MP tray. * The cassette for the specified paper type may not be available. Select another paper source and press [Continue]. Press [MP Tray] to change paper size/type of the MP tray. * The cassette may not be securely loaded. Remove the cassette and reload it completely.

  There are several reasons why your Kyocera All in One Printer might not be able to receive a document: * The modular cord may not be connected correctly. Connect it correctly. * A communication error may be occurring. Remedy the cause of the error and ask the sender to retry. * The RX (reception) restriction may be activated. Cancel the RX restriction.
