WARRANTY RETURNS
To make it easier for Kyocera to process your Warranty Claim and verify other key information, select ALL
and include the Maintenance Report (Seven Pages), Status Page (One Page), Service Status (Two
Pages), and Event Log (One Page), Network Status Page (Three Pages) with the returned item.
If you have an image quality problem, run U089 and include the 5 colour samples.
Add comments to describe the problem found by the technician. Do not add comments that the customer
believes to be the problem.

Technical Learning Centre on KDAconnect
Color Theory 101
Product Training for the TASKalfa 2550ci is offered as a full On-Line Training Course available at
the Learning Centre on KDAconnect.
To participate in the On-line Training, a 2550ci is required. The Dealership can place their first order
for the training equipment prior to authorization, but additional equipment purchases require that at
least one Technician has completed the On-Line Training Course with an overall score of 80% or
higher.
