WARNING Read all safety warnings
and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings

tructions for future reference.
- When the grooving machine is not in use, before
all servicing work, before changing the cutter,
etc.: unplug the cable!
- Ensure that the machine is switched off before
inserting the plug in the socket.
- Check plug and cable for damage before inserting.
If damage is found, replacement must be made
immediately by a technician.
- Make sure before starting the grooving machine
that the rated voltage on the name-plate corre-
sponds with the mains voltage. The machine is
only suitable for AC power supplies.
- The Lamello grooving machine is double-
insulated and (conforming to CEE and VDE re-
gu la tions) has a two-conductor cable without
ground conductor. The machine can be con-
nected without risk to an ungrounded socket.
- Do not drill the motor case (e.g. to attach labels)
since this damages the double insulation.
Use only adhesive labels for labelling.
- Clamp workpiece.
- Guide machine with both hands.
- Use only perfectly sharpened cutters, since
otherwise increased cutting forces may shift
the work away.
- Use only cutters rated for manual feed.
- Do not stop the cutter after switching off.
- The baseplate must function sa tis factorily,
without jamming. Do not use the machine with
a damaged baseplate.
- The baseplate must not be clamped with the
cutter driven out.

- Desconecte el enchufe de la red cuando no
usa la fresadora, y muy especialmente antes
de hacer trabajos de servicio, antes de cambiar
la fresa, etc.
- Conecte el enchufe con la red, solo si la máqui-
na está desconectada.
- Antes de enchufar, compruebe que ni el enchufe
ni el cable están dañados. En caso de daños,
hágalos cambiar inmediatamente por un espe-
cialista.

veniente un tomacorriente sin puesta a tierrra.
- No taladre en la carcasa del motor (p.ej. para

- Apretar la pieza
- Guiar la máquina con las dos manos

saltar la pieza a trabajar, de forma que se la
separa.
- Use sólo fresas para avance manual.
- No frene la fresa después de haberla descon-
ectado.
