LAUNCH CRT 501 Series User Manual

LAUNCH-sensor. It is used after the original sensor is triggered.

Tap Programming to enter the following screen.

Select the specic wheel position and tap Copy by Activation to retrieve the

information of the original sensor. After the information is retrieved, it will be

displayed on the screen.

Place a LAUNCH-sensor close to the TPMS antenna of the tool, tap

Programming to start writing the retrieved sensor information to the LAUNCH-

sensor.

After the sensor is successfully programmed, it will appear on the screen.

Notes: Once programmed with Copy by Activation, the LAUNCH-sensor

can be installed in the wheel directly to be mounted on the vehicle and the TPMS

warning light will turn o.

5.2.4 Copy by OBD

This function allows users to write in the saved sensor information to the

LAUNCH sensor after performing Read ECU ID. This function requires a

connection with the vehicle’s DLC port.

Follow the steps below to proceed:

1. Tap the Activate tab to enter the following screen.
