11.3 Complex Head Rest
• To attach the head support, ip
up the rubber cap situated
on the top of the upper support
unit to expose the headrest
receiver slot
• Insert the headrest attachment
pole into the receiver slot
, ensure silver headrest
attachment pole curves away
from the user. Loosen the
thumb screws
and rotate
the headrest backwards. Turn
the attachment screw
in a
clockwise direction. Check the
headrest is secure. Rotate the
headrest forward and tighten
the thumb screws .
• Use lateral screws to adjust
head support laterals. It is
necessary to open the zip on
the cover to access screws
.
It is recommended to loosen
both the screw
and the
thumb screws to position the
headrest. When the headrest
is at the desired position then
tighten screw
and thumb
screws .
• To remove the headrest loosen
the thumb screws rotate the
headrest backwards to allow
access to attachment screw
. Turn the attachment screw
anticlockwise and lift the
headrest up out of the receiver
slot .
