How to fix LEGRAND 0 488 04 lighting that stays on?
    • A
      Amy JordanAug 3, 2025
If the LEGRAND Accessories lighting stays on even when no one is around, it could be due to interference from things like draughts, vibrations, or radiators which may cause nuisance tripping. Try reducing the sensitivity level. If the problem continues, use the configuration tool to go into the Detection system parameters, select Maintain, and then choose PIR and US. If the issue persists, consider moving the sensor away from any potential sources of interference.

Why won't my LEGRAND 0 488 04 Accessories light turn off during the day?
    • A
      Alexandra JenningsAug 14, 2025
If your LEGRAND Accessories lighting doesn't switch off during the day when there's enough natural light, the regulation function might not be active; try activating it. The light level threshold could also be set too high, so try reducing it. Ensure that the sensor is correctly positioned in relation to the window. Also, consider decreasing the power of the luminaires.

What to do if LEGRAND 0 488 04 Accessories lighting switches off with people present?
    • H
      hortontimothyAug 25, 2025
If your LEGRAND Accessories lighting switches off even when people are present and there isn't enough natural light, the time delay might be too short. Try increasing the time delay; 10 to 15 minutes is recommended for work areas. Also, the detection sensitivity could be too low, so increasing the sensitivity may help. Another cause might be that the light level threshold is too low; in this case, try increasing the threshold or move the sensor closer to the work area.
