4.3 Operator Panel
The operator panel of the SHUTTLE has the following parts:
• 7-Segment display
• Button
• Buzzer.
7-Segment display
The 7-segment display (1, fig. 5, page 4-5) indicates the status of the
system.
Stop/reset button
The stop/reset button (2) stops or resets the system.
• Short push:
• Interrupts the movement when the fill head moves
• Resets the buzzer when it is ON.
• Long push (5 s):
• Resets the SHUTTLE at start up and moves the fill head to the
home position
• Resets the system when the system is blocked after a
malfunction.
Buzzer
The buzzer is on continuously if there is a malfunction of the system.
