Spreading kit
The conditioner of the SPLENDIMO FC mower is prepared for the
installation of so-called spreading fins, which allow the crop to be
dispersed across the full width of the cutter bar. Depending on
weather conditions, one tedding operation may be saved.
Conditioner rotor with plastic or steel flails
Standard (plastic) flails wear quickly in dry and dusty conditions,
when long and tough crops need to be mown and conditioned.
Instead of these flails, a rotor with steel flails can be used on the
SPLENDIMO 320 FC mower. These flails wear less quickly. Due to the
flexible fixation, the flails can flex in case hard parts (branches, etc.)
end up in the rotor.
Side-shift headstock
A side-shift headstock is available to allow the front-mounted
mower to be used in a flexible manner and to guarantee the overlap
on slopes. This enables the mower to hydraulically move 15 cm to the
left and 15 cm to the right. The side-shift headstock is fitted between
the three-point hitch and the tractor's hydraulics; it is controlled by
a double-acting hydraulic valve.
Extensions for three-point hitch
When the SPLENDIMO FC front mower is linked to the tractor's front
hydraulics, some tractor models have limited space between the
machine and wheels of the tractor. Extensions can be fitted between
the three-point hitch and the tractor's front hydraulics to create
more space.
Lighting set
In the transport position, the SPLENDIMO FC front mower is 3.0
metres wide. A lighting kit is available for indicating this width
during transport on public roads.
