I.1. Key allocation
I.1.a. SCREEN keys
These are the 7 keys located around the LCD screen :
The function of these keys may vary from one screen to another, and is defined on the active screen by an
icon. For keys "1", "2" "3" and "4", the icon is displayed above the key. For the other 3 keys "A", "B" and "C",
the icon is displayed to their left.
Each key offers the possibility:
• of accessing another screen.
• or entering a Boolean value in a given variable.
I.1.b. Offset keys
The functions of these 5 keys are fixed.
I.2. "Modification" mode
This mode is used to modify the values of all modifiable variables displayed on the active screen. This mode
uses the 4 keys "1", "2", "3" and "4", assigning them pre-defined functions :
Key Associated icon Key function
PAGE DOWN key : Go to the next page of the same type of screen.
PAGE UP key : Go back to the previous page of the same type of screen.
SUMMARY key : Go back to the first screen in the tree structure –c-to-d summary)
LAST SCREEN key : Return to the last screen selected.
MODIFICATION key : Pressing this key activates " modification " mode (see § 1.2.)
Selection of the variable to be modified.
Selection of the number to be modified. (Press the key successively to move the
cursor, digit by digit, from the right to the left, then the cursor is repositioned on
the last digit of the value to be changed.)
Incrementation of the digit from 0 to 9.
Confirmation of the current modification.
