16 ALARM COMP 3 HIGH PRESS S28
Compressor is off. Check charge, fans and coil.
The unit controller will clear High pressure Switch alarm when corresponding High Pressure Switch is detected as closed.
Compressor will not be restarted until corresponding High Pressure Switch is closed and Minimum Off Delay (Cooling or
Heating) has expired.
17 ALARM STRIKE 3 ON COMP 3 HIGH PRESS S28
Compressor lockout. Check charge, fans and coil. Use service menu to clear lockouts.
User will be able to clear high pressure switch compressor lockout and alarm via user interface. High pressure switch
compressor lockout and alarm will be cleared after the M3 unit controller reset.
High pressure switch compressor lockout and alarm is cleared on removal of cooling demand. Default is 3 occurrences
and can be set between 1 and 7 occurrences.
18 ALARM COMP 4 HIGH PRESS S96
Compressor lockout. Check charge, fans and coil.
The unit controller will clear High pressure Switch alarm when corresponding High Pressure Switch is detected as closed.

20 ALARM PHASE MONITOR (A42)
Check phase monitor.
System will set an alarm if installed phase monitor (A42) is detected open. system will automatically clear alarm when a42
is detected closed. system will resume operation (servicing the demands) after the error timed off delay has expired follow
ing the A42 alarm clear.
21 ALARM STRIKE 3 UNIT SHUTDOWN A42
Check phase monitor. Number of occurrences is set using parameter 116 (MAX PHASE MON OCC). Default is three
occurrences.
22 ALARM COMP 1 LOW PRESS S87 Compressor is off. Check charge, fans and coil. Use service menu to clear lockouts.
23 ALARM STRIKE 3 ON COMP 1 S87
Compressor is off. Check charge, fans and coil. Use service menu to clear lockouts.
Number of occurrences is set using parameter 99 (MAX LO OCCURRENCES). Default is 3 occurrences.
24 ALARM COMP 2 LOW PRESS S88 Compressor is off. Check charge, fans and coil.
