1.Logintotheoperatingsystem
2.Inthegraphicsinterface,clickSystemonthetopleftcornerandthenselectNetworkfromthe
Administrationmenu.
3.ChooseanEthernetcardasyouneedandclickEdit.
4.IntheEthernetDevicewindow,selectStaticallysetIPAddressandconfigurethesettingsasyou
need.Then,clickOK.
5.GobacktothegraphicsinterfaceandthenclickActivate.
6.IntheSystem-config-networkwindow,clickYesandthenclickOK.
Installingdriversforanonboardgraphicscard
Toinstalladriverforanonboardgraphicscard,dothefollowing:
1.CopyanonboardgraphicscarddriverfromtheThinkServerEasyStartupDVDtoaUSBstoragedevice.
Double-clicktheEXEfiletounzipittoafolder.ConnecttheUSBstoragedevicetoyourserver.
2.LogintotheoperatingsystemandcopythefolderfromyourUSBstoragedevicetothe/tmpdirectory
onyourserver.
3.Usethefollowingcommandstoinstallthedriver:
cd/tmp
cdxorg71
./update.sh
Note:Inthecommandlines,xorg71representsthenameofthedriverfolder.Usethecorrespondingfile
nameonyourserver.
4.Restartyourserver.
