Basicprocedureforresolvingcomputerproblems
Itisrecommendedthatyouusethefollowingproceduretoresolvecomputerproblemsyouareexperiencing:
1.Ensurethat:
a.Thecablesforallconnecteddevicesareconnectedcorrectlyandsecurely.
b.Allconnecteddevicesthatrequireacpowerareconnectedtoproperlygrounded,functioning
electricaloutlets.
c.AllconnecteddevicesareenabledintheBIOSsettingsofyourcomputer.See“Enablingordisabling

Iftheseactionsdonotresolveyourproblem,continuewiththenextstep.
2.Useanantivirusprogramtoseeifyourcomputerhasbeeninfectedbyavirus.Iftheprogramdetects
avirus,removethevirus.Iftheantivirusprogramdoesnotresolveyourproblem,continuewiththe
nextstep.
