Before inial switch-on
•
That the drive does not show any visible signs of damage.
•
Is the mechanical xing o.k.?
•
Has the electrical connecon been implemented correctly?
•
Are all rotang parts and surfaces that may become hot protected against contact?
•
Is the featherkey radially secured during the test run without output elements?
•
Have all screwed connecons of the mechanical and electrical parts been ghtened?
•
Is it ensured that the cooling air can be freely supplied and discharged?
•
Has the PE conductor been connected correctly?
•
Has the "Seng of motor overload" been parameterised correctly?
•
Has the drive been parameterised correctly?
•
Are the electrical connecons ok?
•
Is the contact of good electrical conducvity if a PE connecon on the motor housing is used?
Before inial switch-on, aer a longer downme or aer overhaul of the motor, check the insulaon
resistance because condensed water may have formed.
•
With values ≤1 kΩ per volt of rated voltage, the insulaon resistance is inadequate and no voltage may be
applied.
•
Dry the winding unl the insulaon resistance is >1 kΩ per volt of the rated voltage.
Funconal test
Aer commissioning, check all individual funcons of the drive:
•
Rotang direcon in decoupled state.
•
Torque behaviour and current consumpon
•
Brake funcon
During operaon, carry out inspecons on a regular basis. Pay special aenon to:
•
Unusual noises
•
Irregular running
•
Increased vibraon
•
Loose xing elements
•
Condion of electrical cables
•
Speed variaons
•
Deposits on the drive system and in the cooling channels
