Even though CH3 is not used for computation, it is recommended that
the CT settings reect those from CH1 rather than left at the factory
default settings to facilitate conguration validation from the RTU.
Even though disabled channels are not used in calculations and
report 0.0, they still contain conguration information. It is suggested
that they be set to a known value, rather than left at their factory
default settings to facilitate conguration validation by the RTU.
