To set up:
a Run printtool at x terminal.
b To add the printer driver, click the Add button.
c In the Add a Printer Entry window, select the printer
type you will use. Select Local Printer if you have a
PC-connected printer.
d Click the OK button.
e If the Info button appears, ignore it, and then click
the OK button.
f The Edit xxxx Entry window opens (where xxxx is
the printer type you have selected at step 3).
If you are not an advanced user, do not change the
Names/Spool Directory/File Limit in Kb/Printer
Device option.
g Click the Select button in the Input Filter to access
filter setup.
h Select Lexmark Printer GDI Compatible for the
Printer Type item. Then select the default resolution
and paper size.
i To save the setting, press the OK button.
j In the Edit xxxx Entry window, press the OK button
to complete the printer driver installation.
k The printer driver is added to the driver window.
Select Quit from the PrintTool menu.
