Note: If the and the lights
do not turn off, there is still
jammed print media inside
the printer. Check the inside
of the printer.
Note: If print media enters the print cartridge area, see “Inside the Printer” on page
7.9. It is easier to remove jams from the inside of the printer than the input area.
Input Area
1 Carefully pull the jammed print
media out of the input tray.
2 Open and close the front cover.
Resume printing.
If print media is jammed in the face-up
output slot, carefully remove the print
media as shown.
