Entering characters
To enter a name for a fax job or the station ID, use the alphanumeric keypad. Press the appropriate
key repeatedly until the character you want to use appears on the display.
Note:
• To add a space, press .
• To go back a space, press .
Canceling a fax job
1 Under Fax, press Options.
2 Press or repeatedly until Cancel appears on the top line of the display.
3 Press .
4 Press or repeatedly until you see the job that you want to cancel, and then press .
5 Press 1 to verify that you want to cancel the job or 2 to return to the menu.
