● The doors may not be able to be unlocked using the smart entry & start system
immediately after a 12-volt battery terminal is disconnected and reconnected.
If the doors cannot be unlocked, use the wireless remote control or mechanical key to
lock and unlock the doors.
● When a 12-volt battery terminal is disconnected, information recorded by various
computers will be cleared.
● Some systems may require initialization.
